This page explains what happens to the information you share with Loqelo when you visit loqelo.com or join the waitlist. We keep it short and only collect what we need to tell you about the launch.
What we collect
- Waitlist sign-up: your email address, your country (of residence, or where you provide services), whether you join as an individual or a business (optional), the group you joined (customer or service provider), the page language, and the date and wording of the consent you gave.
- Anonymous visit counts: the number of visits per day, country and language. No IP address, no cookie ID and no personal data is stored for this.
- Analytics (only with your consent): if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records how the site is used, such as pages viewed and whether a form was sent. Your email and form answers are never sent to Google Analytics.
Why we use it
We use your email address only to tell you about the Loqelo launch and important updates, based on the consent you give when you sign up. Country and group help us decide where to open first and send you the right information.
Who can see it
Your details are stored in a secure database and can only be seen by the Loqelo team. We never sell or share your data. Spam protection on the form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than needed for the launch and the period after it.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in our emails. You can also ask us to show, correct or delete your data by writing to privacy@loqelo.com. If you are in the EU, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We only set analytics cookies after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the home page. Your language choice is remembered in your browser's local storage.
